It is the mission of the Medford Township Police Officers' Association to support and defend the Constitution of the United States; to treat all with courtesy, compassion, respect and fairness; to provide service to people in need; and to support through professional and personal actions the community we serve.

The Medford Township Police Officers' Association is a registered "non-profit" charity organization with the State of New Jersey. Our charitable registration number is CH0485400.
The programs we are proud to support and/or sponsor are:
- Scholarships for graduating seniors from Lenape, Shawnee and BCIT High Schools
- Sponsor local athletes and athletic teams for boys and girls
- Sponsor, Coordinate and Participate in the annual S.T.R.O.N.G. picnic at JCC Camp for Medford Township 5th graders
- Sponsor, Coordinate and Participate in the Annual “Operation Santa” Christmas party that helps over 70 underprivileged boys and girls in the Medford Twp. Community.
- Supply school supplies for Medford Twp. students in need.
- Support for families of an injured or slain Police Officers in the area
- Support for local families in need
- Sponsor Shawnee’s “Project Graduation” which promotes drug and alcohol free post graduation parties
- Sponsor Lenape’s “Grad Bash” which promotes drug and alcohol free post graduation parties
- Sponsor Annual “Safe Trick or Treat” party at Shawnee High School
- Sponsor Anthony Telesca Safe Driving Fund
- Support the National Law Enforcement Officer Down Memorial Fund
- Fundraise and Sponsor the Police Unity Tour
- Has participated as Team Medford Police in the MS 150 City to Shore Bike Ride
- Participate as Team Medford Police in the Special Olympics Polar Bear Plunge in Wildwood
- Paticipate as Team FOP 56 the Irish Pub "Tour de Shore" bike ride raising money for the Children's Foundation
- Sponsor, Coordinate and participate in Annual Police Battle for the Cure Softball Tournament
- Support and participate in the annual Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run
- Sponsor Donate to the Virtua Neo-Natal unit
